About Us

The mission of Child Advocates of Placer County is to be the bridge between the most vulnerable in our community and caring volunteers who make a difference.  To accomplish this, we train and equip Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA's) and Mentors for children in foster care, at-risk youth, and struggling families.
